Take Me Gently Across The Water - Print

The painting is titled from music by a musician called Gandalf. The timber background shows through as music is ethereal and non-material… visually transparent though still very powerful, so I like to achieve the impression of the floating quality of music. Particular types of sounds in the piece of music are represented in a graphic way but merged and overlapped to create a composition, in the same way the composer of the music merges different parts of the music piece... to create harmony.
